If you are installing a new server and need to move the database across (for a multi-user system) please follow these instructions;

First you should find out where the database is. You can do this by;

1. Go into Payback on one of the machines
2. select Admin (bottom left) and click the 'support' icon.
3. Click the Diagnostics tab.
4. The database location is the last entry on the screen

Back this file up, and then copy it to the new server.

When you have done this, you will have to 'point' each of the users' machines to the new database location.
You can do this by clicking 'Database Location' in the above screen.
