There are a few ways to export data from Payback to Excel.

1) In the Reports screen, for any of the reports you select, click on the 'Preview' button at the top of the screen and you'll then see an 'Excel' button on the report which allows you to save it in XLS format

2) Under 'Utility' on the left, there's a 'Write Report' function which allows you to design your own reports and export them to Excel (using the same method as in option 1)

3) Under 'Utility' on the left, there's an 'Export Data' option. This is probably the most flexible way of getting data out of Payback. Here you can select what data you want, which fields etc. and then export it to Excel.
