How to back up Payback (for version 4.11).

1. Click 'Admin' at the left of the screen.
2. Click the 'Backup' icon.
3. Select the 'Backup' tab and click the 'Backup' button.
4. A file dialogue will appear. Choose a name for your backup and click 'Save'.

Ideally this file should be stored on a separate drive in a different building to where you have Payback installed. Remember to periodically back up your data, preferably after each payroll run.
