To produce a tax deduction card;
- Click on the reports icon to display the reports screen.
- Select 'tax deduction card' from the list of reports at the bottom half of the screen
- Select the employee(s) you wish to produce the tax deduction card for from the list (tick the left column)
- Click 'Preview Report'

The tax deduction card is the same format as the one the Revenue issues. To find the cumulative details and gross pay etc, click the 'reverse' tab near the top of the report screen. This will show the back of the tax deduction card.
