We have moved the P45 and Year to date figures to a separate screen. We have also included instructions on how to enter these figures. This was because (in the old version) some users were entering these figures when they should not be entered. If an employee has joined your company mid-year, and you want to enter figures from the previous employer P45: 1. Go to the employee screen. 2. Select the employee you wish to enter the P45 figures for. 3. Click the 'Year to Date' button at the top of the screen. 4. The Year to Date wizard screen will appear that will guide you through the process. 5. When the last step appears, click 'Finish'. 6. IMPORTANT: Click Update Employee in the employee screen once you have entered the figures. |
