Employees will not be displayed in the Payroll grid for pay dates after their leave date. This is to stop people accidently paying people who have left, and is by design.

To see such employee's details, you will have to either:
- change the leave date to after the pay date
- or undo the P45, get the information from the payroll screen, redo the p45.
