- Go into the 'Employee' screen
- Select the employee
- Click the 'P45' button and enter the details
- Click 'Process P45' and print the report

If you've already processed a P45 and need to re-print it or produce the ROS P45;

- Reports screen
- Select either 'ROS P45' to produce a ROS file, or 'P45' to produce a printed version
- Tick the required employee(s) - Note, employees will only appear on this screen if you've already P45'd them from the Employee screen

If you have already processed a P45, but want to undo it:
1. Go to the employee screen
2. Select the employee
3. Click the P45 Button.
4. Click undo P45 in the P45 screen.
